Really Impressive

As some people here, I owned a simple point-and-shoot camera and was looking for a camera with a better zoom and also a nice macro, but not a DSLR. For two weeks I've been reading reviews, most of them annoyed more than helped, and in the end I decided to try P500. I received yesterday and today I'm taking some shoots. My main concern was the macro, as I didn't find many pictures of them online, and thinking that some people can be wondering the same I uploaded two pictures of flowers and one from a mantis. I still working on the macro to get the best details, especially with the insects, but I've got pretty happy with my mantis picture.
I'll take some panoramic pictures on the weekend and then I post the images.
As an amateur, I have a lot to learn with all the options this camera gives, but I'm pretty happy so far :).
